Serbian Quality Management and Business Excellence Association - SRMEK became a member of the European Foundation for Quality Management, EFQM, whereby domestic companies, institutions and individuals gain access to the knowledge of the best managers in the world.

EFQM is a unique network of high performing organizations working actively together to continuously improve their capabilities in identifying, understanding and implementation strategies which deliver high performance in a sustainable way. Our Association is joining a network of members who have a strong belief and confidence in the power of learning and improving through exchange. We are confident that our Association will be a valuable asset within this active community.

„Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia has provided full support to the Association in an effort to become a full member of EFQM. Serbian Quality Management and Business Excellence Association - SRMEK became a member of EFQM on December 19th, after a jointly organized meeting. All of this can help develop the economy of Serbia“,said Miroslav Miletić, advisor to the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia .

"The name of our organisation is added to the list of members on EFQM website, and we got the right to use their logo. This is one of our great victories,both for us and for Serbia, and because of that we should all feel proud. With a smart approach membership in the EFQM can greatly help the Serbian econom", said Mr Jovo Lojanica, president of the Association SRMEK.

According to Lojanica, a complete success in quality management can only be achieved with the cooperation and planning with state authorities, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and other institutions.
