Website content
The website presents the Association's work, training, membership, documents and a professional news archive. Some news items and programmes were published earlier and may describe dates, prices or conditions that no longer apply. Always check current dates, programme availability and membership terms with the Association through the contact page. Information on the website is not a legal offer; training and membership are agreed separately.
We try to keep the content accurate and up to date, but the Association is not liable for damage caused by relying on information from the website, except where the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Copyright
Texts, photographs, the SRMEK logo and documents on the website belong to the Association or to their authors. You may read, download and share them for personal and non-commercial use, with a credit and a link to srmek.org. Any other use, modification or publication requires the Association's written consent. Names and marks of other organisations (e.g. EOQ) belong to their owners.
Contact form
Use the contact form for questions about the Association, training and membership. Sending advertising, unlawful or offensive content, or misusing the form, is not allowed. How we process the data from the form is described in the privacy policy.
External websites
The website links to other websites, such as the moodle.srmek.org training platform and the Association's profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. The Association is not responsible for the content and rules of websites run by other organisations. The moodle.srmek.org platform has its own legal notices.

Availability
We try to keep the website running without interruption and securely, over an encrypted connection. The Association may temporarily limit access for maintenance or security and is not liable for interruptions beyond its control.
Changes and governing law
The Association may change these terms; the new version applies from its publication on this page. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall under the competent court in Kragujevac, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
